Breathe Flow Meditate is a meditative experience that transports you to a state of blissful awareness through the practice of Yoga Nidra. Sound healing instruments, and chants by Anita Vasan , accompany the practice as your awareness deepens towards total relaxation. 

Meet Anita, your guide

Anita Vasan is a breathwork and meditation guide whose journey began with her own healing from stress and anxiety. After experiencing the power of presence through silent meditation retreats, she returned to India to train as a teacher and later deepened her practice alongside renowned yogis in New York and Los Angeles.

Rooted in a family of medical professionals, Anita brings a natural understanding of mind-body healing to her work. She offers thoughtfully guided sessions that blend breathwork, movement, sound, and stillness. Her signature practice, Yoga Nidra, invites deep rest and emotional release.

A lifelong vocalist, Anita also integrates chanting and sound meditation into her offerings, creating immersive experiences that calm the nervous system and awaken inner peace.
